What this site collects

Browsing and searching Fitment Map does not require an account. The site does not send your searches or personal information to an analytics service.

When you request coverage, Fitment Map collects the bike configuration, part links or identifiers, request status, and research result. For coverage requests, an email address is collected only when you choose result delivery. Optional accounts collect a name, username, recovery email, hashed password, and session data.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, abuse prevention, database storage, and optional result email delivery. Cloudflare Workers AI processes bike and part details alongside retrieved official vendor evidence. Optional accounts use username and password authentication stored in Cloudflare D1, with no social sign-in provider. These providers receive only the information needed to operate the directory.

Use, retention, and deletion

Submitted information is used to research requested relationships, deliver optional results, review corrections, prevent abuse, and grow the public directory. Coverage-request email addresses, private delivery tokens, bike details, part details, and private reports are retained for no more than 90 days. Published fitment facts do not include email addresses, private tokens, or identifying request details.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Session cookies identify your signed-in account and are removed when you sign out. Contact support to request account deletion.

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact contact@fitmentmap.com. We do not sell personal information.

Scope and changes

This policy applies to Fitment Map, not to linked manufacturers or other external sites. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
